Your Right to Cancel
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after you receive the products. To cancel your order, simply email alibalsofficial@gmail.com with the cancellation details.
If you have already received the products, please ensure they are carefully repackaged and reach out to us for the return address. Products must be in re-saleable condition to qualify for a refund, unless they are found to be defective (see below).
Refunds for Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund, even if the product is not in a re-saleable condition. In such cases, please email us immediately at alibalsofficial@gmail.com with details of the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a refund will be issued once we’ve assessed the product.
Refund Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected, a refund for the product cost will be processed. Please note:
- Refunds made via Wix Payments may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- For payments made via third-party services like PayPal or Stripe, their refund policies and timelines will apply.
- Refunds will not include any original postage costs or the cost of returning the items unless the product is defective.
Care of Returned Products
While in your possession, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products to avoid any damage. Products returned in a damaged condition (unless defective) may not be eligible for a refund.
