 Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. The price of the cancelled products will be credited once they have been received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Upon receiving your order, Alibals will aim to send out your products on the very next working day, if not the same day. Please notify Alibals as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.
