These handmade wax melts are carefully crafted to release a strong, lasting fragrance for 6-10 hours per melt. Each glassine bag contains six individual melts, with a total weight of approximately 90g. Glassine is a fully compostable and biodegradable material, making it an eco-friendly choice.
How to Use: Simply place one melt into your wax burner to fill your space with a delightful aroma. Do not add water to the burner. The melts can be remelted until the fragrance dissipates.
Made from a blend of rapeseed and coconut wax or soy, these melts are free from paraffin, palm oil, and beeswax, ensuring a cleaner and more sustainable option for your home.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after you receive the products. To cancel your order, simply email alibalsofficial@gmail.com with the cancellation details.
If you have already received the products, please ensure they are carefully repackaged and reach out to us for the return address. Products must be in re-saleable condition to qualify for a refund, unless they are found to be defective (see below).
Refunds for Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund, even if the product is not in a re-saleable condition. In such cases, please email us immediately at alibalsofficial@gmail.com with details of the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a refund will be issued once we’ve assessed the product.
Refund Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected, a refund for the product cost will be processed. Please note:
- Refunds made via Wix Payments may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- For payments made via third-party services like PayPal or Stripe, their refund policies and timelines will apply.
- Refunds will not include any original postage costs or the cost of returning the items unless the product is defective.
Care of Returned Products
While in your possession, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products to avoid any damage. Products returned in a damaged condition (unless defective) may not be eligible for a refund.
